Determination of release and codes Lancome

research on the dating of bottles continues in the blog. This time, the focus of research has become one of the greatest perfume Lancome homes. It was founded in 1935, but the Lancome us almost unknown. We know it by the spirits that came out in the 60s - 70s: Climat, Sikkim, Balafre, Magie Noire, O de Lancome ...
On Lancome package subject to the general rules:
- EMB codes on the boxes appeared in the late 1970s
- Barcode began printing in 1990
- Greendot appear on the packaging in 1992.

In the photo below the box is very old Sikkim Lancome. This rear wall, the bottom of the box completely empty. None of the parties have no markings, no codes.

Sikkim Lancome
Younger vials of dating is not so difficult. If they are with a box, then her Lancome in 1978 printed copyright.
EMB is, copyright 1978, no code. So the bottle released in between 1978 - 1981 years.

So, Lancome batch-codes decoded with 1982:
1982 = CAxx
1983 = CBxx
1984 = CCxx
1985 = CDxx
1986 = CExx
1987 = CFxx
1988 = CGxx
1989 = CHxx
Example: Trophèe Lancome, Copyright 1982, batch-code CB3E = 1983.

Trophèe Lancome

—————————————
Further on the box must bar code
-------------
1990 = CJxb
1991 = CKxx
1992 = CLxx
-------
Five-digit code has become
-------
1993 = CMxxx or UMxxx
1994 = CNxxx or UNxxx (letter O is not used)
1995 = CPxxx or UPxxx (letter Q has not been used)
1996 = CRxxx or URxxx
1997 = CSxxx or USxxx
1998 = CTxxx or UTxxx
1999 = CUxxx or UUxxx
Example: Climat, Copyright 1979, barcode on the box side, greendot, batch-code CP286 = 1995

———————————-
Replacement of the first letters of the code with "C" to "D"
------------
2000 = UVxxx
2001 = UWxxx
2002 = UXxxx
2003 = UYxxx (UZ probably unused)
2004 = UAxxx
-------------
on the box there was a long list of hazardous ingredients
-------------
2005 = UBxxx
2006 = UCxxx
2007 = UDxxx
2008 = 38Exxx
2009 = 38Fxxx
2010 = 38Gxxx
2011 = 38Hxxx
The fact that we managed to find an expert on encryption Andre Moreau, official information is not. This is only speculation, so errors are possible.
Interestingly, none of my Lancome vials in the table does not fit.
An example of this box Sikkim with EMB and CT1K code. According to the code it should be in 1998, but is not on the box bar code and Sikkim in 1998, is no longer produced. Does this mean that my bottle of 1976 issue (if you scroll through the alphabet in the opposite direction from the first in 1982)?
Sikkim

More time. In the box was a liner, there is the address for the Treatment of Complaints. But not 28, Faubourg St. Honore as dated boxes, and 29. Does it matter?

Similar story with Climat code CX1G and Magie Noire with CX1k code. Is the EMB (end 70), there is no copyright (until 1978 th), there is a bar code (1990 minutes) and in a pack these scents in the 90s and 2000s were not issued. Either these bottles undeciphered 70s or something we do not yet know about the codes Lancome.

Climat

Magie Noire

In any case, thank you Andrew for his work Survey.
